wide arrayquiet retreat
The breakfast was really good! i particularly enjoyed the wide array of choices, including options for various dietary needs. the hotel's location was also strategic. It allowed easy access to major attractions while providing a QUIET retreat from the bustling city center.

hidden stepindifferent staff
The room had a step hidden by the carpet , and this CAUSED me to fall. Staff seemed indifferent to the incident. NO management response addressed this safety concern. The lack of attention WAS disappointing , particularly in a hotel of this supposed caliber.
