Review summary

Based on recent reviews

Hotel Questenberg is often praised for its spacious rooms, some featuring high vaulted ceilings or charming window alcoves, although ground floor rooms may lack a great view. Many guests appreciate the exceptional value and enjoy the easy access to Prague Castle and the convenient tram connections for reaching other attractions. The location, set in a quiet elevated position, provides a peaceful retreat; however, some guests have noted that the rooms can be a bit dark due to small windows. The breakfast stands out with a wide array of choices, and the hotel's proximity to the Strahov Monastery and the Petřín Gardens adds to the appeal, with some rooms even offering views of the Vltava River and Old Town.

The room had a step hidden by the carpet , and this CAUSED me to fall. Staff seemed indifferent to the incident. NO management response addressed this safety concern. The lack of attention WAS disappointing , particularly in a hotel of this supposed caliber.
